Norman.
This is Norman. He is 77 years old and a really nice dude. Now out of all the customers I have helped, I never helped a 77 year old man before that was into cellphones. The thing about Norman that grabbed my attention was that he was hooked up to an oxygen tank to his nose. He told me that he knows how to text, uses his blue tooth, gps navigation system & internet on his phone. I was amazed. He told me that out of all the cell phone providers he has ever been with, I was the only person that actually talked to him like a regular person and not some regular sales associate that just tries to sell him something. He appreciated the fact that I was just talking to him as a friend. I asked Norman if I can take a picture and he said “sure.”
