Day in Your Life 007 features Romar Lamano. I have Known Romar for a while now and one thing for sure that hasn't changed through out the years, is that Romar is very generous and down to earth. Now a days, you met people through the internet normally through networking and such. If it wasn't for shoes, I probably would of never met Romar and I'm thankful for that. It's kind of weird, because we never actually met in person, but only knew each other through the internet. Not knowing each other personally, but knowing of each other. It's kind of common now a days and it's crazy how the internet has evolved that. I met Romar at San Francisco International Airport and it was very shocking to meet each other at that moment. From there, we have been good friends through out these years.

The day started off with very warm weather, but gradually increased through out the day. It started off slow since we were having some mis-understanding and communications were off but everything turned out fine. Romar decided to drive since he knew the East Bay more than I do. As much as possible Romar visit's thirft stores because not only he saves money, but other peoples junk is another mans treasure. I was surprised what to actually find in his area. For the most part, we found ourselves spending a lot of time at different thirft stores because you never know what you'll find.

Afterwards, met up with one of our homies, Albert since we havn't seen each other in a while. Caught up on a few things here and there. We ended up eating at Five Guys which is always on point and I like there choice of free toppings. Since Albert had work, he had to leave early. Then we headed out to Cal State University East Bay Hayward, which is my old school, but Romar had to deal with some school issues. Found out they had a High School Graduation there. Afterwards, we hit up Nike Outlet to see if they had anything new since they normally do. Got some Tapioca Express and headed back to Romars place. Met his parents, and his dog Lucky which was very friendly. In his room, he had a bunch of classics, vintage, and old school items you normally don't see from vinyls to 80's and 90's magazines and toys which was pretty cool to see. Spending most of the day with Romar realized that he was a true down to earth homie who tries to relive his childhood through thirft stores finding one material object one at a time. Thirft stores are a time capsule and you never know what memory an object can bring to you.
