Today was a very exciting day since I got the privilege to photograph Fullylaced's Tribute look book. The day started off leaving early to San Francisco with Mindy. The cool thing about the morning lately is the fog and how it works it's mysterious ways. I just find my self photographing non-stop of the fog. Once we got to Fullylaced, Jon was running late but, Steph, Eric, Kathy, Jose, & Jenn were already there. The two people that were going to be modeling the clothes were Steph & Eric. Since we didn't have enough room for one car, I took my car and Kathy rode with me. When we got to the location, Space & Zen were there already. I never met both of them, but Space was pretty much the guy all over Karmaloop since he's a model for that site along with others. Both Zen & Space are pretty chill dudes.The location, wasn't foggy, nor overcast to the point the sky would be blown out. This was one of my big concerns in doing photo shoots when dealing with skies itself. Luckily, the clouds were perfect along with the sky. Jon & Kathy were keeping track with of what was being shoot and what was next on this dry metal eraser board which makes things more organized and easier. In the beginning, my speed light wasn't working so I decided to do both on the hot shoe & natural light itself. All in all, the shoot went very well & I was pleased with the results. Since we were done, drove back to Fullylaced to drop off a few things. Mindy usually takes her lunch around 4 p.m, but Jon said it was cool for her to come along and have lunch with us. Since it was cold, we all ate Pho which was close to Fullylaced. Their large Pho bowls are bigger than usual and definitely worth it.
After eating Pho, headed back to Fullylaced to chill and relax. Everyone was really excited to see the photos from the photo shoot, so I decided to stay until Mindy get off which is 6 p.m and work on the photos there. While working on the photos, Tommy & Arlynne stopped by and it was nice seeing them. When Mindy was almost off from work, I narrowed it down to a certain amount of photos to present to everyone that was at Fullylaced. All opinions were welcomed of course and decided what was going to be shown. Headed out a little after 6 p.m and decided to go take more photos. There was this spot I wanted to photograph of San Francisco for a while, but never got the chance thanks to my Flickr friend Sean. Since it was cold, I decided to cut it short, grab some Tea Way and head home to work on the photos from today. I have permission to show a certain amount of photos from today, but I decided to show only one. Thanks again to Jon, Steph, Eric, & Space for giving me an opportunity to photograph and do what I love to do. Stay tuned for the photos!
