After a long day of class, headed out to meet up with Ray & Abby since today was there last day since they have to leave early in the morning. After eating, chilling, relaxing, and saying good bye, I headed off to Chinatown. I felt a little more motivated today so I walked around even more. I ended some where in this park surround by some buildings and fences. In this park were pretty much the elderly gambling. I thought it was pretty cool so I took this photo. Right when I took this photo the gentleman looked at me.

After sorting out and deciding what photograph should be my particular 365, this one stood out the most. I'm pretty much my own worst critic when it comes to my photographs. The gentlman in this photo has either two sides; one can say it may be distracting or it may be that he's standing out making him seem like he lost while the others that are gambling are still in it for the thirll or money.

I really wish he wasn't looking at me and looking away, but some I thought about it. It gives another story to tell and a much stronger photograph. Again, torn by the two. This reminds me that in Photojournalism or Documentary, you only have a certain amount of time to get that photo your going for. Within a matter of seconds it's gone. You probably won't ever have that same particular scene that you had in your head or what you saw. I believe this happens to me a ton of times leading me to be my own worst critic.
