Spent majority of the day at Isla Vista. Since I ended up going to sleep at 8 in the morning, I didn't get to much sleep. The plan was to go and walk around downtown and check a few spots but since everyone was tired and wanted to rest, we just chilled and stayed at Joey's old place. Since the Niners were playing against the Giants, we did a quick run for some food. They had a local Korean Bbq joint and decided to try it. Headed back to Joey's place and watched the game with his friends as well. The game over was very intense. Although it was a very disappointing loss, the Niners still had one hell of a season. Afterwards, got ready and headed back down to the Bay Area. On our way, one of the tires got stripped. Luckily Jay and Joey are fast at swapping out tires and what not. Joey had told us about the Madonna Inn and how extraordinary it was. I had bad vibes already about the place and was not feeling it at all. Got back to the Bay Area around 4 something, worked on my photos and called it a night. This was one hell of a mini vacation and was well worth it. Thanks to Jay for driving and great conversations about cameras and photography in general. A very big Thank You to Joey and Krystle for showing us one hell of a time. Lets do this again!
