Oh what a thrill fun day it was! I woke up around 8 a.m. and as expected, it rained over the night and slightly in the early morning. Of course I wasn't too sure if I wanted to go to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. As the time flew by in the morning, the weather was clearing up and started to become sunnier which was really surprising. Since I haven't been to Disneyland since I was about five years old and Mindy, she has never been to Disneyland, this was going to be a very fun filled day. We had to leave the suite by 11 a.m. Got our belongings and put them in Jay's car. Since the hotel is very close, we started the day walking around Downtown Disney. Had a bunch of cool stores and restaurants. Since Joey has been to Disneyland and California's Adventure plenty of times, we would already know what to do, go on the good rides, and best of all not waste any time. Since we had the park hopper, it made it a lot easier for us.We decided to get the fast pass for World of Color since it gets packed an hour before the show starts. Made our way to get our fast pass first at California's Adventure, then we headed to Disneyland. The weather was great overall and since there weren't a ton of people, it made it a lot better. Through out the day we went on majority of the rides at Disney. A bunch of photo opportunities and it was fantastic of course. After Disneyland, we went to California's Adventure. I believe I had a bit more fun at California's Adventure due to the fact that there were Vinylmations, Soarin' Over California, the light up balloons to Electronica and its music. Best of all would have to be World of Color. Although we stood in the dry zone and there were tons of people, it was probably one of the most amazing shows you can ever witness. The magical colors, water music jet show, and Disney's top movies from a projector made watching the experience one of the best. Although it was about a thirty-minute show or so, it's one of the best spectacular shows ever. After World of Color, we went shopping for a bit. Since we were hungry, we ate at Joey's friend Chris's parent's Vietnamese restaurant. Their Pho was really good and celebrated Joey's birthday there with a cake of course. Afterwards, got some bobba drinks and headed down to Santa Barbara to call it a day. All in all, one of the greatest experiences Mindy and me get to experience along with Joey's friends. This would of never happen to Joey, Thanks again Joey!
