033 of 366 || Different
Had one morning class today. Although I am use to having class on New Montgomery Street, my class location was somewhat away from the busy downtown part of San Francisco. Woke up around 5:30 a.m. and left around 6:30 a.m. to get to San Francisco around 7 a.m. I didn't know what bus to take so I decided to walk, which was about a thirty to forty minute walk. While walking, it was some what flat and then it got into the steep hills and I knew from there, I had to figure out a better efficient way. Got to class about ten minutes early and the building itself was located on Washington Street. It was mainly for industrial design students I believe. Our instructor Chris Hardy was straight up on how he teaches the class. Hardy mentioned, "I am one of those instructors that you don't want to have because I am one of those hard instructors." During class hours, he would curse every now a then and told us plenty of times, "If anyone wants to step outside the class or drop it, be my guest, again this class will be hard." Being the first day, we were already working on lights, subject matter, and shadow details, the works. Most work is done in the studio, which is cool and I feel stepping outside of my comfort zone will make me better at what I'm trying to achieve. The class itself was pretty cool and I believe I have my work cutout for me.
After class ended, I figured out what bus shuttle takes me to where I needed to go so not only did it save me time, but also I can get some sleep in. Since my friend Sang had the same class as me, we stopped by Starbucks for a while to talk about the class and what not. Stopped by the 180 building on New Montgomery and chilled there for a while. I got called in for work by Brandon, so after running a few errands, I decided to help out at Fully Laced. Got there a little early so I decided to sleep in the back for a while. Brandon had came in with Jose and we were working in the warehouse until Mindy got off. Jon and Mel stopped by and as always, it was nice seeing them. After work got dropped off by Brandon at Daly City Bart and headed home after a long tiring day.
